LakMod Property Ltd, by Olakunle and Modupe: Our business was established out of a passion for creating wealth through property while providing quality homes for tenants.
We are committed to continuous learning and professional development and have undertaken specialist property investment training through Asset for Life Academy.
Our focus is on identifying opportunities where strategic refurbishment and effective management can unlock value and generate strong long-term returns.

With an MBA in Finance, an HND in Accounting, and over 20 years of professional accounting experience, Modupe leads the financial and strategic planning functions of LAKMOD Property Ltd. Her expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and business operations helps ensure that every investment opportunity is carefully assessed and professionally managed. Her attention to detail, integrity, and strong business acumen are central to the company's commitment to delivering value and sustainable growth.

As part of our commitment to professional development, we are currently undertaking property investment training through the Asset for Life Academy, founded by Ryan Liam. The programme is helping us develop our knowledge and practical understanding of property investment strategies, deal analysis, property sourcing, refurbishment, finance, and portfolio development.
